Returns

We take great care in confirming every order during processing before they are shipped to eliminate the disappointment of a faulty or incorrect product being shipped.

Notification of Damaged or Incorrect item received MUST be made within 24hrs of receiving the said item(s).

If by chance you receive a product that is faulty or does not match the description the said product(s) MUST be returned in Brand New original unopened condition. We will replace damaged item(s) within 14 days of the original purchase date. Arrangement for any return shipping expenses relating to damaged and faulty products will be returned to the buyerr once item(s) have been assessed by one of our team members as being defective or incorrect. Replacement items will be shipped within 2-5 working days at no cost to you the buyer.

Returns due to change of mind will incurr a 20% restocking fee, the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from buyers refund. 

If the product is faulty and has been used within 14 days of the original purchase date we may require the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assesment, in this event the item must be repacked and returned to The Little Lure Shop directly for supplier assesment of the product. Please contact us direct on 0439674474 to arranage return. 

NOTE that any return Shipping Costs incurred from the supplier of the product returning item back to the Buyer are at Buyers own Expense.


Returns Period!
Buyers need to contact one of our Team Members on 0439674474 for return approval.

Items need to be returned within 14 Business days of receipt, we suggest the buyer selects a shipping method with tracking in the event your returned item is delayed or goes missing in the post. In the event an item returned without tracking does go missing in the postal system  The Little Lure Shop does not accept responsibility. Exchanges/Returns  must be sent with tracking. 

Return Shipping Expenses
Any expenses relating to the return of a product due to change of mind, that is Not Faulty or Damage is to be paid by the customer. Return Shipping costs for Faulty, Damaged or Defective items purchased, we will be refunded back to buyer once item(s) have been assessed as having been damaged or faulty. 

Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used at time of purchase.

Instore return option
This option is only available to buyers in Hervey Bay, Qld region. Contact one of our Team Members on 0439674474 regarding product return.

Packing materials
Item MUST be returned in original or equivalent packaging as received.

Refund Exclusions: replacement or repair may not be offered if you:

  • Substantially modify the product;
  • Misuse the product contrary to user instructions or packaging labels;
  • Simply change your mind.
